A beveled edge makes it easy to slide the peel under the pizza crust. The peel is made from an environmentally friendly natural wood fibre composite, used by chefs and commercial kitchens for over 40 years. The peel's surface can be used as a cutting board -- it won't dull knives -- and is extremely durable and will not stain; it is dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 350°F. As well, the non-porous surface prevents the growth of bacteria and unwanted food odours. Natural wood colour. Clean with soap and water. Dishwasher safe.
